Here at Est. By Her we strive to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere with products you'll love! However if for any reason you need to return something, we'll take care of it.

Our in store Return and Exchange Policy:

When making in-store purchases items have a 7 day return policy. The item must be in original condition with all tags attached and no odors or perfumes.

Online returns and exchange policy:

All online orders have a 10 day return policy from when the package arrives to request a return. The first day starts when the shipping company records delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at estbyherfl@gmail.com. You'll receive a detailed email with instructions on how to return the item. Unfortunately, we currently do not provide return labels, but will in the near future. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds:

Once your items are received and inspected by our warehouse, we will process your return. 

Please allow at least 10 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
